1. 24-Hour Clean-Up Guarantee
If we miss any waste during your scheduled visit, just contact us within business hours the same day, and we’ll return for a free follow-up cleanup — no charge.
2. 7-Day Satisfaction Refund
After your first paid service (following the free trial), you have 7 days to cancel and request a full refund if you're not satisfied. We stand behind our service 100%.
3. Refunds or callbacks will not be issued if:
– No contact was made the same day of service within business hours (for missed spots)
– The issue was due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or unsafe yard conditions
– The refund request is made more than 7 days after your first paid visit
